1. Select the 'Playlists' tab.

2. Select a Playlist Name (don't tick the box).

3. Under 'Playlist Media Items', select 'Actions' and 'Add Date & Time'

4. The field is already set up with date and time - you can proceed without following the next steps if you prefer the default.

5. Select Ok, and Preview the item you just created to see how it'll appear on signs.

6. If you would like to add or change Date & Time content, copy and paste any of the variables below into the 'Format' field. There must be a % character before and after the variable name:

%year% – year, 2016
%YEAR% – year, 16
%month_short_name% – Jan, Feb
%month_full_name% – January, February
%month% – month, 1-12
%MONTH% – month, 01-12
%day% – date, 1-31
%DAY% – date, 01-31
%week% – week, Monday-Sunday
%WEEK% – week, MON-SUN
%hour% – 12 hour time
%HOUR% – 24 hour time
%minute% – minute, 00-59
%second% – second, 00-59
%ap% – AM/PM

You can type any other text and line breaks into the 'Pattern' field, or change the default separator characters (colons, hyphens, slashes etc.).
