If you wish to duplicate a text item, you can select and copy the text along with its HTML formatting code as follows:

1. On the 'Playlists' tab, select a Playlist Name (don't tick the box).

2. Under 'Playlist Media Items' select the 'Content' of the text item you wish to copy (don't tick the box). The text editor will open.

3. Select the 'HTML' button. This toggles between the text editor and the HTML source code view (white background).

4. Select all the code and copy it to the clipboard, select OK.

5. Under 'Playlist Media Items', select 'Actions' and 'Add Text'.

6. Select the 'HTML' button and paste the code into the 'HTML' view (white background)Select the 'HTML' button to toggle back to text editor view.

7. Select 'Preview' if desired.

8. Select 'OK'.
