My LED Sign is 'Offline' but is still playing messages

If your LED sign is 'Offline' on the website, but is still playing messages, you will not be able to update the messages on the sign until it is 'online' again.

  1. Complete a 'Cold Power Cycle.' You can do a cold power cycle in one of two ways:
    a) Turn off the isolator switch on the sign. Leave it OFF for 5 minutes, then turn it on again. (For a 2-post sign, the isolator switch is a white box on one of the posts. For a monument sign, the switch is embedded into one side.)
    b)Turn off the designated circuit for the LED sign on the breaker panel. Leave it OFF for 5 minutes, then turn it on again.

  2. Check on the website to see if the sign is 'online' again
