My LED sign is blank but ‘online’ on the website

  1. All your playlists' schedules may have expired. Solution: prevent this in the future by creating a "fall-back" playlist that is scheduled to play Forever on Lowest priority. This will ensure that the screen will never be blank if there is a gap between playlist schedules.

  2. The Running Mode of your sign may be 'Stopped.' Solution: set Running Mode to 'Normal'.

  3. If neither 1 nor 2 are true, try a 'Cold Power Cycle.' You can do a cold power cycle in one of two ways:
    a) Turn off the isolator switch on the sign. Leave it OFF for 5 minutes, then turn it on again. (For a 2-post sign, the isolator switch is a white box on one of the posts. For a monument sign, the switch is embedded into one side.)
    b)Turn off the designated circuit for the LED sign on the breaker panel. Leave it OFF for 5 minutes, then turn it on again.

  4. If the power cycle doesn't fix the issue, ring the Danthonia Service Department on 1800 552 700 for further analysis.
