My LED sign is blank and 'Offline' on the website
If your LED sign is offline and blank, it usually means the sign has lost mains power. Follow the steps below to rule out any fault within the sign itself.
Check the isolator switch on the sign and make sure it is in the 'ON' position. (For a 2-post sign, the isolator switch is a white box on one of the posts. For a monument sign, the switch is embedded into one side.) If the sign has been turned off by a passer-by, then simply turning it on will solve the problem.
Check the designated circuit for the LED sign on the breaker panel inside the school. If the circuit has NOT tripped, then turn it off, wait for five minutes, and turn it back on again. If this doesn't bring the sign back online, ring Danthonia Designs on 1800 552 700 and ask to speak with someone in the service department.
If the circuit has tripped, try turning it back on. If it trips again, ring Danthonia Designs on 1800 552 700 and ask to speak with someone in the service department.
