Set up login accounts for your colleagues
If you select the 'System' tab and see multiple options, you are an 'admin user' for your LED sign.
If you are an 'admin user,' you can create logins for any number of colleagues, as follows:
Select the 'Systems' tab and then 'Users'*.
Select 'Actions' and 'Create New User'.
Fill out the appropriate fields. The user ID must be a real email address.
Select 'OK'.
Give the new user his or her login details.
*Note: If it is your first time logging in and you can't see the 'Users' icon in the dropdown, log out and then log back in to be able to view it.
