If you have forgotten your password, select the 'Forgot Password' link on the login page.

1. For the ‘User ID’ type your normal username.

2. For ‘Authentication Code’, type the text in the box to the right. If the text is unreadable, click the text and it will change.

3. Select ‘OK’.

4. You will be directed to a page that alerts you to check your email for mail from service@danthonia.com .

5. Go to the link that you received in the email.

6. You will be directed to the ‘Reset Password’ page.

7. Enter a new password and confirm it.

8. Select ‘OK’ and you will be directed to the normal login screen.

9. Log in with your new credentials.
