Parts of my LED sign are blank, or individual led lamps or small areas of the screen are not lighting up properly

If parts of your LED screen are blank, programme the sign to turn on all the LED bulbs temporarily by scheduling a 'white screen,' as follows:

Create a new playlist.
Under 'Playlist Media Items' select 'Add Text' and type one word or character.
Set the background colour of the text item to white.
Select 'OK'.
Preview the message to make sure the preview window turns completely white.
Select 'Menu' and select 'Approve & Publish'.
Next, take a photo of the sign showing one of your regular messages AND another photo showing the white screen. Then email both photos to service@danthonia.com.au
