When you select 'Save Playlist' in the playlist editor, the playlist is saved on the website but is not yet published to signs. To publish the playlist to signs, select 'Menu' and 'Approve & Publish'. To 'Save/Approve & Publish' the playlist in one step, you can select 'Menu' and 'Approve & Publish' without selecting 'Save Playlist' first. Published playlists will be stored but not played on signs if the playlist is scheduled to start at a future date and/or time. It's a good idea to make sure you have one playlist that is set to play Forever on lowest priority. This will prevent your sign from being unintentionally blank if there is a gap between playlist schedules.
