Select the 'Playlists' tab.

Select a Playlist Name (don't tick the box).

Make your changes.

To Preview your changes, under 'Playlist Media Items' select 'Actions' and 'Preview Playlist'.

Select 'Save Playlist' or, to publish the playlist to sign(s), select 'Menu' and 'Approve & Publish’
