Your sign will play any number of playlists, one by one in a looped sequence, in the order in which you saved each playlist on the website, oldest to newest (see 'Update Time' on the Playlists tab). You can schedule each playlist to run all the time (which is the default schedule) or at scheduled times. Scheduled playlists will appear and disappear in the loop according to their schedules.

Here's how to set the schedule:

1. Select the 'Playlist' tab.

2. Select a Playlist Name (don't tick the box).

3. Select 'Playlist Schedule'.

4. Fill in the appropriate fields (Date Range, Days of the Week or Month, Hours Daily, and Priority)

5. Select 'Save Playlist', or to publish the playlist to its signs, select 'Menu' and 'Approve and Publish'.

To avoid the situation where your sign is unintentionally blank because there is a gap between playlist schedules, create and publish a playlist which is scheduled to play Forever, Every Day, All Day on Lowest Priority.
