Production Quality SheetDANTHONIA'S QUALITY system requires 100% inspection for every component of each sign that we produce.

Quality AssuranceOnce you have approved the final design drawing your sign goes into production. Our working check lists require initials, dates and times recorded upon completion of each operation. This monitors progress and keeps each craftsperson accountable. It flows important information downstream assuring, for example, that a second coat of paint will not be applied until the first coat has cured for a recommended time.

Other ways we assure the quality of your sign:

Hold Points

Following certain operations (hand sculpting of artwork for example), a supervisor's inspection is required before the carved component can move into the next work area for painting.

Sales Team Surveillance

Your Danthonia sales reps tour the workshop daily with the express task of representing your concerns while monitoring your work-in-process. They answer your questions, keep your deadlines and inspect photos of your completed sign before forwarding them to you for final approval.

Client approval

You will be asked to approve a final design drawing prior to production and we will email photos of your completed sign before it is shipped.

Each sign comes to life under the skilled hands of artists and artisans who take pride in their work. Our clients make the final quality checks on every sign when they open the box, when they study it fully installed, when they notice its exceptional weatherability year after year. Danthonia’s job is not complete until we have your full satisfaction.
