Once we have a clear design assignment we start work on the design. Within a few working days we'll provide you with a concept and a quote. At this point we provide you with pricing for shipping and installation as well so there are no surprises. Once you've approved your custom design it takes between three to five weeks to complete the handcrafting of your sign. We usually require a 50% down payment before we begin work. Balance is due upon completion and approval of your sign.
